SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping Fee

A shipping fee will be automatically added to your order during checkout.

Weight will be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever higher.

Shipping Rates for Malaysia

  • Free Delivery on orders over RM250.

  • For orders less than RM250, flat rate of RM10 for West Malaysia & RM25 for East Malaysia.

    For East Malaysia, the above shipping rate applies only if your area is covered by Teleport courier 

    service. Otherwise, additional shipping charges may apply, we will contact you if the shipping rate is

    insufficient.​

Shipping Rates for Bulky Items

Due to the size & weight of some items, additional shipping rates will apply for East Malaysia. These items will be identified under their product description and orders from East Malaysia are required to choose the shipping option "East Malaysia (Bulky Items)", a shipping rate according to their size/weight will be added at checkout. Kindly note that the shipping rates applied are according to the rate of Teleport. If you are located for areas of East Malaysia not covered by Teleport, additional shipping charges may apply and we will contact you for the additional charges.

Use code "COMBINE" if you wish to add another order to a order that has yet to be fulfilled to save your shipping fees.

International shipping - 

International shipping is available and subject to special arrangement. Please send us your shopping list at hello@kidsdeworld.com together with your full address, we will source the best shipping rates for you.

Please note that any custom duty is borne by overseas customer. 

 

 

General

Kids de World PLT (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”) provides and operates the content and the supply of products and related services (“the Services”) available at www.kidsdeworld.com website (“the Website”) subject to our Terms & Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between us and any person (“YOU”, “YOURSELF”, “YOUR” or “the Customer”) accessing and/or using the Website, its content and the Services. By accessing and/or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

All orders made through the Website will be dispatched within one week. We will send you an email notification with the tracking number for the parcel and corresponding shipping partner link when shipment is done. No self-service pick up option is available. All orders are delivered via third party shipping partners and delivery times are subjected to them. We shall not be held responsible for any delays in order delivery occurred on behalf of the shipping partners. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you have submitted to us during the checkout process is correct. We will only deliver your order if someone is at the delivery address to accept delivery of the order. You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the delivery is authorised by you to receive your order. We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of identity and/or to sign to accept the delivery. Ownership and risks of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to you once the order has been delivered to your delivery address. If no one accepts delivery of your order at the delivery address, we will endeavour to contact you, or you may contact us, to arrange for delivery at a different time. We may charge you an additional delivery fee for re-delivery of your order.

We reserve the right to change the Shipping Policy including the shipping rates from time to time at our sole discretion without prior notice.

RETURNS POLICY

General

Kids de World PLT (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”) provides and operates the content and the supply of products and related services (“the Services”) available at www.kidsdeworld.com website (“the Website”) subject to our Terms & Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between us and any person (“YOU”, “YOURSELF”, “YOUR” or “the Customer”) accessing and/or using the Website, its content and the Services. By accessing and/or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

 

Return of Product

We accept the returns, and replace the products or issue refund subject to this Returns Policy. Products sold by us are eligible for return, exchange or refund for the following reasons ONLY:

  • Incorrect order received by you;

  • Damaged product(s) received by you;

  • Faulty product (s) received by you.

 

If you wish to return your ordered product(s), provided that your return claim satisfies our Returns Policy, you must do so within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you (or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier) have received the product(s) till the date you have shipped the product(s) back to us. 

 

To be eligible for a return of the product(s) sold by us, please make sure that:

  • you have received the product(s) less than 7 (seven) calendar days ago;

  • you have the receipt or proof of purchase;

  • to return an incorrect order, the product(s) are kept in the original packaging, unused and sealed with all labels and tags intact, photos of incorrect product(s) are provided as proof;

  • to return Damaged Product(s), the product(s) are kept in the original packaging, unused and sealed with all labels and tags intact, photos/videos detailing the damages are provided as proof;

  • to return Faulty Product(s), the product’s original packaging are kept  and enclosed all supporting material, such as instruction manuals, warranty notice, etc, photos/videos detailing the manufacturing defect are provided as proof;

  • Any gifts, vouchers and/or promotional materials received together with your order are required to be enclosed together in the return package.

 

The following returns are strictly not acceptable by us:

  • the returns due to your “change of mind”;

  • the returns of the product(s) made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • the returns of product(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over;

  • the returns of product(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • the returns of products sold at markdown or clearance price.

 

Procedure to Apply for Return of Product

Procedures to apply for return, refund or exchange:

  • Inform us by sending us an email at hello@kidsdeworld.com;

  • Fill up the Return Form we send to you and email it back to us together with any supporting required (for incorrect order received: the photos of wrong products received; for damaged/faulty product(s): the photos/videos detailing the damage/manufacturing defect);

  • Ship the product(s) you wish to return back to us using a trackable postal or courier service to the address specified in the Return Form.

 

Please take note that the above need to be done within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you have received the order.

 

If your request is eligible for reimbursement of shipping cost, a copy of the receipt issued by your chosen postal/courier service is required for us to reimburse the shipping cost. We cannot be held responsible in the event that your return package is damaged in transit. We are unable to process the return & refund/exchange without actual receipt of the return package.

Upon receiving your return package, we will carry out inspection and evaluation. Any sign of usage or other violation of our Returns Policy will result in us declining your request for return. In this case, we will notify you and the product(s) will be sent back to you, the postal or courier service cost you incurred will not be reimbursed.

 

If your request for return is approved, we will notify you and issue a refund/ship out the replacement product(s) (whichever applicable) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day we send you the said notification. Your refund will be issued by way of our preferred payment method.

 

Return of Incorrect Order:

We will replace the incorrect order with the originally ordered product(s) free of charge. If the replacement of item is unavailable, you may request for a refund.  Kindly follow through the abovementioned procedures for the replacement/refund. Please be informed that return for an incorrect order will not be accepted if the original packaging of the product(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked or any sign of usage is detected by us.

 

Return of Damaged Product(s):

We will replace the Damaged Product(s) with a new same product free of charge. If the replacement of item is unavailable, you may request for a refund.  Kindly follow through the abovementioned procedures for the replacement/refund. Please be informed that any claim for Damaged Product(s) will not be accepted if we detect any signs of usage.

Return of Faulty Product(s):

The products sold by us were designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of manufacturer’s country of origin. If the products were imported to Malaysia, they have met the necessary criteria and regulations imposed by Malaysian law. We can therefore make no representation or warranty on behalf of manufacturer, nor we assume any responsibility or liability for any damages or loss you may incur as a result of your use or misuse of any products you purchase from us.

 

Please take note that the products are recognized as “Faulty Product(s)” only if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and the faults did not result as a result of your misuse. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products.

If You received a Faulty Product, we will replace the Faulty Product(s) with a new same product free of charge. If the replacement of item is unavailable, you may request for a refund.  Kindly follow through the abovementioned procedures for the replacement/refund. Please be informed that any claim for Faulty Product(s) will not be accepted if we detect any signs of inappropriate use or misuse.

 

Please note that the time limit for your request for replacement/refund is 7 (seven) calendar days from the day you have received the product. After this time limit expired, we will not accept any claims for replacement/refund. However, if the item is covered by manufacturer’s warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

 

We reserve the right to alter and amend this Returns Policy at any time without any prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the execution of this Returns Policy will be at our sole discretion.  Our decision will be final and conclusive.
